For over 20 years, I have been fascinated by the relationship between identity and communications. I now deliver corporate, employer and personal branding processes – from scratch through a process called Brand New or by revising your existing identity with a Brand Revival.

I have a deep understanding of new ways of working and the associated change communications. With a focus on 4 Bs – Bytes, Bricks, Behaviour and Brand – you can instil truly effective hybrid working with activity-based office space. It’s an intricate process, but can deliver true rewards.   

And should you have an idea that needs expressing, I can write it down for you. For existing texts, I am an ultra-experienced editor, proofreader and translator.

I don’t adhere to the ‘consultancy fairy dust’ theory, where the external is expected to come in, and provide the panacea. Working with you is about using the knowledge we both have to create the best solution. You know your organisation. I know my stuff.
