Brand Revival

Reconnect with your audience – make the most of your brand

Need to improve customer and employee loyalty and get people talking about you again? No longer feel comfortable with the marketing and communications you are putting out there? It may well be time for a Brand Revival. Here’s why and how…

Back to the core

Your marketing campaigns are not quite as successful as they used to be? Your brand awareness is declining? Are there questions internally about what you actually stand for as an organization?
With time, it happens to the best of companies – you may have lost the link between your core brand values and your communications and audience perception. More worryingly, you may have lost your internal branding too – who you are as a company. How should your employees behave if they are unaware of whom they represent?

Time for a Brand Revival to get back on track

A Brand Revival is similar to Brand New, except that we have a history on which we can fall back. We need to take another look at your brand DNA, and your communications and internal situation. Are you still communicating who you are? Has your audience changed? Has your market changed? Have you changed? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, we have some work to do to revive and get you back on-brand.

“A brand is no longer what we tell the consumer it is—it is what consumers tell each other it is.” – Scott Cook
